We only collect the information you choose to give us, namely:

• Details you submit through our contact form — your name, email address, company or project name, and the message you send.
• Information you share directly by email or phone when you get in touch.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information from children.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss and scope your project, and provide our design, supply and delivery services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

How your information is handled

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to us by email through our form-handling provider, FormSubmit, and are stored within our business email system. Our website is served as static pages and does not itself set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver them.

How long we keep it

We retain your information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project relationship, or for as long as the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to our processing of your information.
