We install it. We keep it running.

For the kitchens we design, supply and install, we stay on — with scheduled maintenance, fast breakdown support and clear records that keep your equipment safe, compliant and in service long after handover.

Why a plan

Planned maintenance beats emergency repair.

Every kitchen we hand over carries a 12-month warranty — but equipment only stays covered if it's serviced to the manufacturers' schedules. A service plan keeps that warranty valid, extends equipment life, keeps energy use down and, most importantly, keeps your kitchen open.

Each plan is built from your actual equipment list and the travel needed to reach the site — whether that's across town or across an ocean to an island resort. One accountable team, the same one that installed it.

The plans

Three levels of cover.

Choose the level that fits the site. Every plan includes scheduled preventive maintenance, a signed service report after each visit and an up-to-date asset register.

Essential

Keep it serviced & compliant

2 PPM visits a year · 6-monthly
  • Signed service report & asset register after every visit
  • Preventive maintenance to manufacturer schedules
  • Remote diagnosis in working hours
  • Compliance inspections on request
  • Breakdown attendance on a best-effort basis
  • Replacement parts at list price
  • Critical-spares kit optional
Most chosen

Comprehensive

Cover for the everyday

4 PPM visits a year · quarterly
  • Everything in Essential, plus:
  • Priority breakdown response targets
  • Compliance inspections during every visit
  • Replacement parts at a preferential rate (list less 5%)
  • Annual condition report & replacement forecast
  • Recommended critical-spares kit
  • One staff refresher session a year

Premium

Maximum uptime

4 quarterly visits + monthly remote check-in
  • Everything in Comprehensive, plus:
  • First-priority breakdown response (7-day targets)
  • Remote support 7 days, 07:00–20:00
  • Replacement parts at our best rate (list less 10%)
  • Critical-spares kit on site, stock managed by us
  • Two staff refresher sessions a year

Every plan uses the same on-site day rate for the service team, and only days on site are charged — never travel days. Travel, accommodation and logistics are at cost plus a small admin fee and for the client's account, and replacement parts outside warranty are charged at your plan's rate. We quote each site from its equipment list; equipment we didn't supply can be added after an inspection.

Every visit

What a service visit covers.

Each planned visit follows the manufacturer's schedule and a full checklist — and you get a signed report with readings, photos and recommendations.

Safety

Gas soundness and flame-failure devices, electrical connections and earthing, interlocks and emergency stops.

Performance

Temperatures, thermostats and probes, wash and rinse temps, ice production, pressures and water flow.

Preventive

Descaling, cleaning condensers and coils, adjusting seals, hinges and burners, replacing wear items when due.

Records

Firmware and recalibration, error-log review, and a signed report with readings, photos and parts used.

When something breaks

Logged, diagnosed, and fixed first time.

Report a fault by phone, WhatsApp or email and we respond on a priority basis — critical equipment first. We carry common spares, keep critical spares on site under Premium, and aim to repair, not just attend. For island and remote sites we combine call-outs with scheduled visits to keep travel fair.

Done properly

To recognised standards.

Our schedules follow manufacturer requirements and recognised industry practice, with gas, electrical and refrigeration work by registered practitioners. Records are kept for at least five years and available to you, your insurers and inspecting authorities.
